Any shortages must be reported within 2 days and claims made outside this period will be voided.

If you change your mind, we will accept returns so long as you notify us within 14 days from receipt of goods. Refunds will only be issued if the returned goods are in their original packaging, are unused, returned complete with all component parts and in a resalable condition.

You will be responsible for returning the goods, we will refund the cost of the goods (excluding any original delivery fee). Please note that with the exception of faulty or defective goods, all returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking charge outside the 14 days from receipt of goods.

Please note the original order number or invoice number must be supplied with every returns request, we will then issue you a returns note number.

Please note we are unable to cancel or exchange the following products:

  • Special order products (Bespoke made products)
  • Obsolete or clearance items

Any returns that are unauthorised or do not contain the official paperwork will be refused and returned to the customer.
